Bojaryn (1675 m above sea level) is a peak in the Ukrainian Central Gorgany mountains, offering expansive panoramas of the surrounding mountains, including Syvula, Czarnohora, and the Beskidy. The summit is covered in a krummholz forest, and the Korotkańska and Bojaryńska Polonyny meadows stretch out at its feet. The Eastern Carpathian Trail runs along the southern slopes, however, there is no marked trail directly to the summit. The name Bojaryn likely originates from an ancient term denoting a person of high social standing. Part of the area lies within the “Syniohora” National Natural Park.Wikipedia
